האיש שכתב את הקומיקס Transmetropolitan (פרק ראשון להורדה חינם), Global Frequency (שהיה לפיילוט טלוויזיוני) ועוד הרבה נוספים, החליט לכתוב ספר (האמת, הוא כבר סיים לכתוב אבל זה יוצא רק בקיץ).
